These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by PRS America LLC (“PRS”), from 727-955-1955.

PRS uses text messaging to communicate with clients and other contacts about customer care, account and billing questions, claim status updates, and appointment or document reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How You Opt In

You may agree to receive text messages from PRS by:

• Giving us your written or verbal consent in person, by phone, or by email.
• Texting us first at 727-955-1955.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.

Message frequency varies depending on your account and your requests.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details. PRS does not charge for text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by calling us at 727-844-5404.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
